A reported bomb threat prompted an evacuation Saturday of Walmart in Raytown. Police said the threat was called in to the story on East Highway 350. As a precaution, Walmart evacuated customers and workers so police could search the building.

Police were dispatched to 110th and Bennington around 3:30 a.m. When police first arrived, they struggled to find a victim or scene. Eventually they found a man two blocks away from the scene. A bullet had grazed his face.

A 24-year-old Missouri man has been charged with killing three people last week. Drew D. Atchison, 24, of Williamsville, which is roughly two hours south of St. Louis, has been charged with three counts of felony murder in the first degree, three counts of felony armed criminal action, felony child kidnapping and felony tampering in the first degree, CBS affiliate KFVS reported.
