A 5-year-old was critically injured after a late-night hit-and-run in north St. Louis County. The child was hit by a silver SUV or truck just after 10 p.m. near Chambers and Halls Ferry. After the vehicle hit the child, it drove away.

One person was killed during an overnight shooting in Wellston. told News 4 at least two people were shot on Julian, just west of Stephen Jones Drive, around midnight Thursday.
A man is dead and two others are recovering after a chain reaction crash on a well-traveled highway near the downtown airport early Thursday morning. The crash happened right before 1 a.m. in the northbound lanes of 169-Highway right past the Buck O'Neil Bridge. The crash forced first responders to shut down 169-Highway as they cleaned up the wreckage.

A fire destroyed a Northland town home Monday. The first call to the Kansas City Fire Department came around 11:45 at a home in the 1100 block of Northwest 70th Court.
Two suspects are in custody after a police chase in Berkeley overnight. Hillsdale officers told News 4 they chased a vehicle matching a description of the one involved in a deadly shooting on Olive Street around 1:30 a.m. Monday. The chase eventually ended on Evergreen, just south of Airport Road, in Berkeley
A scooter driver was killed in an early morning crash in Franklin County. Nicholas J. Indelicato, of Pacific, was killed when his 2018 Taizhou Scooter crashed on Hogan Road near Grandview Lane around 3 a.m. Monday. The 37-year-old was ejected from the vehicle after it overturned, according to the crash report.
A shooting outside a bar in Midtown St. Louis left one person dead and two others injured overnight. The shooting occurred just after midnight at The Olive Bar, located in the 3000 block of Olive Street, across from Harris Stowe State University and a few blocks away from St. Louis University.
